Add and manage products
Photos, options, drafts, publishing and duplicating.
- 1Go to Products and tap Add product.
- 2Add photos. The first one is the cover. Tap the star on any photo to make it the cover.
- 3Enter a name, category and price. Add a compare-at price to show a discount; it must be higher than the price.
- 4Add options when sizes or colours have their own stock or price. Leave an option’s price empty to use the main price.
- 5Leave Published off to save a draft, or turn it on to go live.
- Drafts are hidden from shoppers. Use the preview button to see a draft exactly as shoppers will.
- A product needs at least one photo before you can publish it.
- Tap Published or Draft on a product to switch it instantly.
- Duplicate copies a product, with its options, as a new draft.
- Products that have been ordered can’t be deleted. Unpublish them instead. Options that have been ordered are hidden instead of deleted, so past orders stay intact.
