Manage stock

Inventory lists every product that tracks stock. Products with options get one row per option.

1. 1Open Inventory. Filter by Low stock (5 or fewer left) or Sold out, or search.
2. 2Type a new number or use − and + on any row. Changed rows are highlighted.
3. 3Tap Save in the bar at the bottom to save all your changes at once, or Discard to undo them.

• When stock reaches 0, shoppers can’t order that product or option.
• Stock goes down when a customer places an order, and comes back if the order is cancelled.
• If something sells while you’re editing, those rows aren’t overwritten. You’ll see the new numbers and can save again.
• Pre-order products and products with stock tracking turned off don’t appear here.
