Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is priced per store, based on the route from the store’s town to your town. Some stores offer free delivery. You see the exact fee at checkout after choosing your town, and that is the amount you pay.

You choose your country, region and town at checkout. If we cannot deliver an item to your town yet, checkout tells you before you pay, and you can choose a different town or contact us.

Every order has a tracking number and moves through these stages: Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Ready for pickup and Pickup confirmed. You can follow it in My Orders and you will be notified as it changes.
