What each order status means.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Order placed; waiting for the store to confirm. |
| Confirmed | The store accepted your order. |
| Processing | Your items are being prepared. |
| Shipped | On the way to you. |
| Ready for pickup | Ready to collect. |
| Pickup confirmed | Collected. You can now review the items. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled before completion; wallet payments are refunded. |
| Refunded | The order amount was returned to your wallet. |
Open My Orders to see each order’s status and tracking number. You’re notified whenever it changes.
